Fluffed Café & Dessert Bar @ Taman Paramount, PJ

When talked about fluffed, my mind is full of something that is fluffy - cotton candy, something that is in creamy colour... And the cafe below is offering food that is exactly like its shop's name.

There are photo spots here and there, even outside of the cafe.

The logo on the door are super cute too!
I was so embarrassed to take the photo nearer.
People from the inside can see me!

The interior.
We went on weekday, so the shop is quite empty.
So we took photos like nobody's business.

One of the decors in the shop and I like the most!

The waiting number with the dried flowers decor.

Rose cloud cake - recommended by other bloggers. RM11
Most of the girls will like it - regardless of the appearance or the taste.
It was so dreamy, like the kind of food that will only appear in a fairy tale.
The cake is decorated with a slice of strawberry and shredded rose petals,
and when you take a bite of it, there are lychees and nata de coco inside!
So the taste is pretty surprising too.

The monkey king. RM18
The ice-cream is dark chocolate flavor!
Ohh, and the banana is coated with a layer of caramel.

Pooh Bear's Favourite, recommended by the waitress.
Waffle topped with honey caramel ice-cream and assorted fruits.

By now you should have realise, their foods are all named after the characters' from the cartoons that we used to watch when we were younger.

Enorme Italian Restaurant @ PJ Centerstage

I have lost count how many times I have been to this restaurant. But I remembered the first time I went was my birthday in 2014. That was 2 years ago, many have changed but the food they serve is always as good as the first time I tasted it.

Enorme is an Italian Restaurant that located at PJ Centerstage. There were many vacant stalls when you came up from parking lot. I usually entered to the restaurant from their "backdoor". Below are some photos taken, some were from my first visit. Please pardon my inept photography skill.

This drawing would be the first thing that you see when you enter from the backdoor,
Like a squad of band performing.

I like places that are brightly lit, especially with light bulbs hanging around.

Err... I can't recall what is this drink called - some kind of fruit juice.
I usually didn't order their beverage, not that it's not good,
but I rather spend my money savouring their food.

Insalata Aragosta.
This is from the ANTIPASTI menu - appetizer.
*Diced lobster meat tossed with diced apple, celery, light mayonnaise,
diced red chilli and lemon juice served with a base of mesclun salad*

Portobello.
*Deep fried battered duo portobello, served with sauteed chicken strips
and sliced onion in au jus*
This is a "MUST order".
The taste is so good, I feel like savor it along with a bowl of white rice.
-Asian-style of eating-

Vongole.
*Fresh venus clam cooked in white wine sauce*

Funghi & Pollo.
*Sauteed marinated chicken strips and button mushroom in au jus*

Nero Di Seppia.
*Sauteed fresh squid with leek paste, garlic and white wine in squid ink sauce,
topped with diced roma tomatoes*

Enorme-sized Pizza.
We ordered the largest size and you can customize by choosing 2 flavors in 1 pizza.
So we go with Tonna Mornay
*Caramelized onions, tuna chunks, semi-dried tomatoes, capers, mozzarella and tomato sauce*
& Carbonara (Bianco)
*Crisp streaky bacon, heavy cream, button mushroom, egg yolk, Italian parsley and mozzarella,*

Dessert - fruit cake.
No idea for the cake name, but it's pretty good!

If you visit them during weekdays' lunch hour, they're offering the set lunch as below:-

I think it's pretty value for money.
Their homemade iced lemon tea is not those you drink from the bottle/package drink.
You can hardly get such authentic lemon tea elsewhere.

Aglio Olio with Bacon

Dessert - Bread and Butter Pudding

They offer 3 sizes for the pizza - extra small, large and enorme (21-inches), Weird that they don't serve medium size. HAHA. Overall, I think the price for the food is considered reasonable as the portion they provide can be shared with friends if you're not a BIG eater.

I went with different people each time and everyone gave good feedback after dining. I guess it's the only restaurant I re-visited many times and the food tasted the same or even better. Strongly recommended. Just that the parking space is a little bit inconvenient though.

p/s: the *item descriptions* are from their menu.

- Time for some update -

It has been a long time. Lots of things have happened lately, everything seems a blur to me when I looked back.

Now, it's the end of April. I realized that I have not achieved much. Just one thing that keeps playing in my mind, I feel like escaping again. From this routine life.

2015, it's a hectic year despite the fact that now it's only April.

In Jan, I went to Penang and be a volunteer for the Tropfest event. Hoping that I would get to know new faces. At the end, what I got was fatigue all over my body and a darker version of me.

Silhouette
The best shot I had @ Batu Ferringhi.
I was glad that we went to the beach, and gotten a glimpse of my favourite sunset.

We talked. We took photos. We laughed. We even cried. Crazy things happened. But one thing, just both of us cannot go trip together. Eventually we'll lost each other.

In Feb, CNY. Gathering here and there. I'm really thankful that we still keep in touch among primary school friends gang. To be honest, I'm not very keen to join secondary school friends' gathering. My existence there is extremely low. Maybe I over thought, as usual. Anyway, I'm being myself among primary school gang and college gang. Speaking of that, it's been a long time since our last outing with Mou Lut Gang.

Mou Lut Gang
We look like family, don't we?

At Pn.Seow's house, SMKSJ gang.

At Wu Lao Shi's house, SJK(C) Sungai Way gang.

And we must let the flow keep going.
Thus we meet again, before Vinz is flying back to Taiwan.

The gathering that fill with laughter, without fail. I like. :D

March and April are OT months. Still manage to make some quick catch-up, usually over good food.

I enjoy talking to friends face-to-face. Rather than through Whatsapp or Facebook. Like what Heather said, talking through social media, you have to guess the tone that one is using. But when you meet face-to-face, you get to see their expression, the tone when they speak to you, and so on. Cyberworld is filled with 'cold' feeling.

I used to say something with many U-turns, at that one point of time. Afraid that I might hurt their feelings. But I'm back to the older version of me, speak more outwardly and more straightforwardly. I still care their response when I spit things out, but I'm not taking back what I have said. I'll apologize if he/she doesn't like what I said. NO regret.

I think it's time to do some confession if I want a friendship to go on. Because both of us are stubborn kind of person. And because I think I'm not a worthy friend. And I get real sensitive if something goes wrong - that it's probably my mind playing tricks on me - overthinking stuff. And sometimes, I just don't know what I really want. Ugh.

I tend to share my deepest thought (often not a good one) with my close friends. But very few can take my darkest side. I'm glad those who stayed. :)

p/s: Thanks, buddies. I might not be the luckiest one but I think I have more than enough. To have friends that cheer me up and be by my side when I needed them the most.

I enjoy being alone sometime. Time for myself. Need not to talk, just daydream.

Devil's Chocolate (RM11.90) & Latte (RM10).

A lonesome high tea @SS2 Rekindle. This was my 2nd attempt. I asked the waiter for recommendation of the cakes, he said this devil's chocolate is not sweet as it is made of dark chocolate. :/ And when I tasted it, I was like "not sweet? You sure aa?".

I tried iced butterscotch latte at my 1st attempt. Not bad. It is their signature.

So nowadays people don't blog anymore, at least my circle of friends don't. It makes me look so lonely for blogging alone. HAHA!

Feel like sharing Owen Yap's facebook status.

“没有人喜欢孤独,只是不喜欢失望而已。”

有些人并非喜欢孤独,只是不想勉强交朋友;
Nobody likes being alone that much. I don't go out of my way to make friends, that's all. It just leads to disappointment.

“一个人睡去,一个人醒来,
一个人吃饭,一个人游泳 ,
一个人看书,一个人听歌 ,
一个人上路,一个人思考 ;

I am enjoying my life at the moment. I am just enjoying every moment of my life.

“我避开无事时过分热络的友谊,这使我少些负担和承诺。我不多说无谓的闲言,这使我觉得清畅。我尽可能不去缅怀往事,因为来时的路不可能回头。我当心的去爱别人,因为比较不会泛滥。 我爱哭的时候便哭,想笑的时候便笑,只要这一切出于自然。
我不求深刻,只求简单。”

我的简单,不求你懂。
不是自我,但我自在。
I'm just only being myself…and I love being myself.

p/s: Anyway, I'll try to blog as often as I can. :D
